Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sales, festive seasons, or promotional campaigns, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Within Pakistan

  • Major cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other cities and remote areas: 3–7 working days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above Rs. 10,000.

  • A flat shipping fee of Rs. 350 applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan. COD availability depends on courier service coverage.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make up to two delivery attempts. If the parcel remains undelivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the order, it may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate before placing your order.H and R is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or courier service disruptions.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. If international shipping is available, shipping charges and delivery times will vary depending on the destination country.
